5-Methyl dCTP can be used in nucleotide mixtures to generate PCR amplicons using ZymoTaq, QuestTaq, or other DNA polymerases. Ready-to-use, ultra pure 5-Methylcytosine dCTP; >99% trisphosphate as determined by HPLC analysis. Readily incorporates into PCR amplicons with ZymoTaq or other DNA polymerases. Free of endo/exo-deoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases, and phosphatases.
