dNTP Mix is a ready-to-use, ultra pure nucleotide mix that can be used to generate PCR amplicons using ZymoTaq, QuestTaq or other DNA polymerases. Ready-to-use, ultra pure dNTP Mix (dATP, dTTP, dGTP, dCTP); >99% trisphosphate as determined by HPLC analysis. Readily incorporates into PCR amplicons with ZymoTaq or other DNA polymerases.Free of endo/exo-deoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases, and phosphatases.
