The Zymo-Seq RiboFree Universal cDNA Kit produces first-strand cDNA, and is the easiest rRNA and globin depletion kit available. The RiboFree Universal Depletion is compatible with RNA from all biological sample types, tissues (including whole blood), and does not require organism-specific probes to deplete rRNA and globin. The RiboFree single-stranded cDNA produced by the kit can be used for qPCR detection, RNA-Seq library prep, and any other downstream analysis.
