Description
The AIGNEP USA - 80622-04 is a hose coupling for pneumatic applications with quick-connect feature. Rated for pneumatic use (within specified pressure/temperature ranges), it provides rapid connection and disconnection without requiring tools (per product design) using an integrated safety vent locking mechanism. Constructed of brass with a zinc black anodized finish, the coupling includes an integrated poppet valve and features a socket component. It has a maximum flow rate of 595 L/min. It supports a maximum working pressure of up to 220 psi at 70°F, with a temperature range from 0°F to 180°F. The coupling provides a connection intended to be sealed using the included nitrile seal (compatibility based on specified installation/conditions) and is compatible with specified industrial interchange standards (as applicable).
