This listing is for a 4 Pack of 1/2'' mounting hardware for a Single Plate Mount CasterThis Combo Pack includes two different types of 1/2'' Mounting Hardware to provide the user with multiple options depending on what the casters will be mounted to. For example, we provide Carriage Bolts that will fit most tool boxes including Knaack, Jobox, and many other popular tool carts, boxes, chests, and cabinets. We also provide a Slotted Hex Screw that is indented for a screwdriver and it's known as a Steel Thread Cutting Screw. This screw is great if you are drilling new holes in your equipment whether it's wooden or metal. This screw allows for an easier installation onto new pieces of equipment that are not yet drilled out though you will still need to drill a small starter hole with your drill bit before installing. This means you will have an additional 4 Bolts or Screws left over after mounting your casters depending on which Bolt or Screw you choose to use. We also provide Matching Flat Washers as well as Nylon Lock Nuts to keep your Casters Secured properly.The 1/2'' Mounting Hardware on this page is generally used for mounting plates such as the 4-1/2'' x 6-1/4'' and larger or any plate that accepts 1/2'' attaching bolt sizes which are typically 3'' wide casters and larger.
