40X-2500X Dual-illumination Trinocular Metallurgical Microscope

Unlike most other metallurgical microscopes, this model comes with both reflected & transmitted illumination. It is an ideal instrument for metallurgical & materials analysis. It is also a great microscopy system for viewing transparent materials including those in biological applications. It comes with a 30 degree inclined 360 degree rotatable trinocular head, coarse & fine focusing, mechanical stage, & halogen reflected & transmitted illumination system. This is an excellent metallurgical microscopy system for a variety of industrial & research applications including metallurgical labs, silicon wafer inspection, industrial Inspection, quality control, & foundries.

Change magnifications quickly using the four-lens turret with out significant refocusing thanks to the parfocal design. Using the included 10X & 25X eyepieces, the magnification range spans from 40X to 2500X with six unique settings. The lenses are achromatically corrected for improved resolution, & flat-field corrected to ensure edge-to-edge sharpness.
