This is a brand new professional trinocular inverted polarizing metallurgical microscope with Epi-Kohler illumination. It offers a range of magnifications designed to observe, identify and analyze the structures of metals and alloys. It comes with super widefield optics, polarizer & Analyzer, quintuple nosepiece, 30W wide band voltage 85V-230V EPI-Kohler illumination, and double-layer mechanical stage with coaxial coarse & fine focusing. This microscope is ideal for studying metallography, heat treatment and metal physics. It is widely used in the inspection of crystal structures, integrated circuits, semiconductor chips, micro-electronics, and etc. Using four plan-achromatic objective lenses from 4X to 40X, a broad range of magnifications can be covered. These highly corrected lenses produce sharp, flat images from 40X to 400X when used with the included 10X eyepieces. Additional 20X eyepieces are included to extend the magnification range up to 800X, with six unique settings.
