Ardagh glass bottle kits are German manufactured at the highest standard, receiving both internal and external treatments before entering a Class 8 Clean Room. After multiple post-production checks, each bottle receives a dust cap to prevent contaminants and to help maintain your product purity. Our Ardagh Glass Bottle Kits feature: -Chemical Resistance: Each bottle undergoes internal fluorine treatment (IFT), upgrading the glass from Type III to Type II for superior chemical resistance. -Surface Protection: An exterior coating is applied to help safeguard the outer glass against abrasions during handling and filling. -Cleanroom Assurance: Bottles are inspected at multiple in-line checkpoints in a Class 8 cleanroom and capped with dust covers to support cleanliness until time of use. -Greater performance: With a higher gram weight than competitive alternatives, our German-manufactured bottles offer added strength and reliability. -Lot traceability: Each case and pallet can be traced back to glass production runs - ensuring quick response to any quality defects as well as aligning with several health and safety requirements.
