The ASCO 8262H210 is a 2-Way/2-Position direct-acting solenoid valve; operation is defined by manufacturer-specified media compatibility, temperature, and pressure ranges. It features a normally closed valve starting configuration. Constructed with a brass body and NBR seal material, the valve is compatible with the listed media within the manufacturer-specified operating ranges (air, ammonia, biodiesel fuel, fuel oil, hot water, inert gases, light oil, LPG, natural gas, oxygen, steam, and water). The valve can be mounted in either horizontal or vertical orientation and operates up to a maximum ambient temperature of 140°F and a fluid temperature up to 180°F.
