Quarter turn ceramic cartridge. Drains automatically upon water shut off, if the hose is removed or open. Built-in backflow preventer checks siphoning back into water supply. Heavy chrome plated for appearance and corrosion protection. Notched flange allows stable installation on siding. Lead-free silver solder construction. 3/4 in. hose thread outlet. Pipe threads comply with ANSI B1.20.1; Hose threads comply with ANSI B1.20.7; Solder ends comply with ANSI B16.18. ASSE 1019-A approved; UPC, IAPMO, CSA certified. Certified to NSF 61. Each valve has a data tag with installation instructions and is bar-coded for easy identification. Handy carton.
