Bauer builds Professional Grade. Our 361 series combo ladder comes with a OHSA/ANSI compliant 375lb Type 1AA Rating. This ladder can be used as a step ladder or straight ladder. Bauer provides high-profile, slip-resistant round rungs that are riveted to the side rails for a tight and sturdy connection. The top red rungs help indicate where not to step while in use. The heavy gauge steel pole grip is padded to provide extra traction when using a pole as a support point. Our vinyl coated sliding guides help protect the side rails from excessive wear and assist in smooth operation. Finally, the extra-large padded hoop shoes provide added grip and stability in both stepladder and extension ladder positions.
