Brady 65563 gate valve lockout, 6-1/2 to 10 diameter, with danger label, polypropylene gate valve lockout devices deny access and cover the valve handle. This device's unique knockout center fits os&y or rising stem valves. Device is made of extremely rugged injection-molded polypropylene for superior impact and chemical resistance. Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety. Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8 diameter. Supplied with english, spanish and french danger labels.
