These low-profile conveyors have motors that can be gang driven or individually mounted. Because these conveyors require just 1-13/16” of clearance to the top of the belt, they are ideal for applications where limited space is a concern. Our conveyors are designed to prioritize durability and stand up to the large amounts of stress they are expected to endure over time. Bunting’s standard-duty low profile conveyors are extremely efficient at transferring and moving parts in applications working with limited clearance. Their powerful magnetic holding strength reliably holds and stabilizes parts and scrap falling above from an overhead die. Obtaining replacement and maintenance parts for these conveyors is quick and easy, with maintenance being similarly fast, simple, and worry-free. Bunting’s standard-duty low-profile conveyor features a 3” wide frame 4 ’0” OAL with #11 gauge stainless steel frame construction for rigidity and quick belt changeover. This piece of equipment features a 1-9/16” diameter drive pulley with a knurled and crowned face, 7/16” hex bore and 1-3/8” diameter sealed precision self-aligning bearings. The tall/take-up roller is 1-5/16” diameter with crowned face, sealed precision bearings, and 7/89” take up adjustment. Belt Spec: Oil and abrasion resistant urethane, endless. Magnetic Spec: Standard duty full width Ceramic 8 magnetic elements with decreasing force at the discharge. Drive Spec: Right hand mounted top drive 1/6 hp, 115 V, 1 Ph, 60 Hz inline gearmotor for a constant 70 FPM belt speed. Side Guards: Not provided.
