Description
ABS Plus is for drain, waste and vent purposes only. It is for non-pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140 degree Fahrenheit. It is lightweight, has a PVC core, requires no special tools for cutting and is easily installed by solvent cementing (no primer required). ASTM F 628 specification covers coextruded ABS plastic drain, waste and vent pipe made to Schedule 40 iron pipe size (IPS). ASTM D 2661 specification covers fittings and single extruded (solid wall) (ABS) plastic drain, waste and vent pipe made to Schedule 40 iron pipe sizes.

- • Black pipe and fittings are used in sanitary drain, waste, and vent (DWV), sewer and storm drainage applications
- • For use where systems will not exceed 140 degree F.
