OIL ABSORBENT BOOM SECTIONS ARE LINKED TOGETHER BY ATTACHING SNAP HOOKS TO O-RINGS ON THE END OF EACH OIL ABSORBENT BOOM. THE INTERIOR OF THE SPILL IS CLEANED UP USING OIL ABSORBENT PADS, ROLLS, AND SWEEPS.
