Description
The CHICAGO-LATROBE 41798 is a jobber-length drill bit set consisting of 13 high-speed steel bits sized fractionally from 1/16 inch to 1/4 inch. These bits have a P3 split point and a 135-degree point angle for drilling applications in materials compatible with high-speed steel (HSS) drill bits. Complies with NAS 907 Type B standard (as specified by the manufacturer). The set comes in a metal drill index for organized storage and includes straight shank bits with a spiral flute design, with a depth-to-diameter ratio of 4x (as specified). The drill bits are made from high-speed steel (HSS) as specified and are finished with titanium nitride (TiN) coating.
