Black color polypropylene tubes and caps provide superior protection for light sensitive samples. Unlike amber tinted tubes, these products are completely opaque, therefore protecting even the most light sensitive compounds and eliminate the inconvenience of wrapping tubes in aluminum foil. They are ideal for use with fluorescent probes or ethidium bromide. Disposable polypropylene tubes are supplied with screw caps that have recessed HDPE lids to prevent leaking. Frosted writing surface allows for permanent identification and labeling. Tubes can be stored at temperatures as low as €“100°. Items are DNase/RNase and Pyrogen free and are sterile.
