The Culligan Water Filter System is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial water filter applications. If installed before appliances with a sediment filter, the Culligan water filter housings extend the life of washing machines, water heaters, and other household appliances by reducing sediment before it reaches the appliances. The Culligan whole house housings have thick walls for increased strength.
Leaking and clogging is prevented by the dynamically sealing, self-cleaning o-ring. Two Culligan water filter housings can be connected with a pipe nipple or pipe union. The union will allow for adjustment of the fitting in the event of leakage.
