SecureLatch Pintle Hook (24,000 lbs., 2-1/2" or 3" Lunette)

Enjoy automatic trailer coupling with the unique auto-locking mechanism of this SecureLatch pintle hook. Just back up to the trailer tongue -- the integrated striker plate helps stop and center the lunette ring. Drop the ring onto the hook, and the SecureLatch mechanism automatically engages the primary lock. Just insert the secondary safety pin and you're ready to tow. This unique pintle hook also has a cupped design to hold the lunette eyelet more tightly and deter chucking noises. This pintle hook is rated for 24,000 pounds gross trailer weight and is constructed from austempered cast iron for superior strength and wear resistance. It fits 2-1/2-inch or 3-inch lunette rings.
