Description
The DIXON - 3FS3 hose coupling requires no additional tools for connection and disconnection. It is used for transferring fluid or air and features a hose barb connection type for use on the end of a hose or pipe. The coupling includes an integrated tubular valve that opens/closes to control flow when connected or disconnected. The fitting is made from steel with a zinc-plated finish and employs a sleeve locking mechanism. It is manufactured to the Industrial interchange standard and is rated for use with compressed air and for fluid transfer applications within the listed specifications (maximum working pressure 500 psi at 70°F; operating temperature range -40°F to 250°F).
