Description
The DIXON - D2M2-B is a rapid connect hose coupling designed for use on the end of hoses or pipes. It provides connection and disconnection via a sleeve locking mechanism; tool-free operation is not specified. Manufactured from brass with a zinc-plated finish, this plug-type fitting is compatible with industrial style equipment and is compatible with fluid or air lines within a rated temperature range of -40°F to 250°F. It connects to a 1/4 inch hose or pipe using a 1/4"-18 NPT male threaded fitting and does not include an integrated valve. The fitting is intended for sealed connections using a nitrile seal for connecting hoses or pipes using a sleeve locking mechanism.
