18.5 CFM Portable Air Compressor

Our Flagship series Eagle three cylinder design is now avaible in a 25 gallon portable version. The large tank allows for longer runs times between the on/off intervals. The Powerful 5hp motor drives the heavy duty V-Style cast iron Hi-Flow pump and delivers an impressive 18.5 CFM's of air with a max PSI of 150. The robust 3 cylinder compressor head supplies enough air to run multiple tools at once as well as hi-demand tools like sanders, 1 impacts or small sand blasters. The Eagle unit has an extended oil drain for easy clean service when it's time and convenient oil site glass for monitoring lubrcants. The Government certified ASME tank & pressure release valve ensures your safety as you work along beside the unit. The V-style pump allows for the larger bore pistons to run at lower RPM rate while still producing more air than the competition. The lower speed, creates less friction and less heat ultimately giving the compressor longer life. The fully enclosed metal belt guard meets or exceeds UL & OSHA requirements. Features like the automotive style air filters, triple quick connects, heavy duty ON/OFF pressure switch, and manual tank drain all add up to a greater value. The dual mode control feature is invaulable for contractors on sites with temporary power or where generators are being used. Dual control allows the unit to be operated in the traditional ON/OFF mode or the continous run mode which allows the unit to build max pressure then it unloads the extra air until the compressor drops to the kick in pressure again. This feature reduces stopping and starting and the continous run option eliminates the extra high amp draw that is assocaited with start up on air compressors.
