The Electro Kinetic Technologies, Pony Express Electric Powered Tugger eliminates employee injuries caused by excessive push/pull forces. You can use it in a variety of applications to safely move a wide range of carts in hospitals, resorts, light & heavy manufacturing, warehouses, laboratories, and other industries. The tugger features a high torque 24V DC motor, heavy duty powder coated steel welded frame, deep cycle AGM rechargeable batteries, on board UL, cUL, CE listed battery charger, non-marking foam filled never flat drive tires, solid state regenerative braking and holding brake to maintain position on inclines.The ergonomic handle control design provides the user with variable speed forward and reverse control from 0 to 3 miles per hour in fast mode or 0 to 1.5 miles per hour in slow mode, on/off power button, multi-colored battery charge level indicator to inform the operator when it is time to recharge the batteries, emergency stop button, and horn.The standard hitch that comes with the tugger has lockable hooks that can be adjusted for a wide range of carts. Long lasting gas shocks automatically return the hitch to center position for easily loading. The steel trough and hooks are plated with electroless nickel to provide superior corrosion and wear resistance over others that are zinc plated or painted.
