This heavy gauge aluminum fry pan's non stick technology is so powerful that you can even use metal utensils without scratching without scratching the titanium guard non stick surface. The endure frying pan is oven safe up to 375 degrees for one hour. The non stick coating is made without PFOA or PTFE for safe and healthy cooking. The riveted silicone handle provides a safe and comfortable grip.
