Additionally its vandal-resistant design deters tampering and damage. The included mixing valve and control module box install below the countertop. The mixing valve is used to set a consistent water temperature for the faucet and it connects to your facility's water lines using a pair of 18'' supply hoses. The control box handles the faucet's electronic functions. A 24'' sensor wire and another 18'' flexible connector hose run from the box to the faucet.You can power the faucet using either 4 AA batteries included or the included AC adapter.
