The FLUKE-1550C is a battery-operated megohmmeter designed for insulation resistance testing with output test voltage from 50 to 5000V DC. This digital LCD instrument also supports PI/DAR testing, timed ramp voltage testing, live circuit detection above 30V, and capacitance measurement, making it suitable for general electrical testing and insulation evaluation.
