Saf-escape 2 story portable fire escape ladder - thick walls (10-14" d) 2 story portable fire escape ladder. 18 gauge steel chain ladder tested up to 1000 lbs. Window width should be a minimum of 13" wide - 11-1/2" wide rungs. Made for thick walls between 10" to 14" deep (inside wall to outside wall). Designed for quick & easy deployment with tangle free steel link chains. Ladders store easily. 5 pairs of stand offs included to keep ladder away from building for easy footing. Stand offs must be assembled prior to use. Simply screw them into selected, pre-drilled rungs. Adjustable positioning of the stand offs can help avoid windows beneath. Ladders can be used more than once allowing for fire drills.
