This workbench protects equipment from harmful static. This workbench comes with a 1-1/4in thick conductive white plastic top. It is ideal for controlling static electricity. It prevents damage to sensitive electronic circuitry during assembly. The properly grounded work surface rapidly bleeds off static build-up and prevents damage to sensitive electronic circuitry during assembly. It dissipates 5000V static charge in 0.01 sec with surface resistance of 1010 Ω. This workbench is easy to clean with soap and water. Static dissipation complies with MIL-B81705B and 101B, 101C, Method 4046. The steel parts are finished with scratch-resistant gray powder coat. The bench stringer comes with mounting hardware to assemble legs to the benchtop.
