This lightweight medication cart has a full aluminum build, allowing even a fully loaded cart to glide from room to room with ease. These medication carts for nursing homes can hold a maximum of 750 punch cards between the two cart columns, but carts are best used to hold a combination of punch card cards plus liquid storage, pill bottles and other supplies. One single column drawer from each cart is designated as a narcotics drawer, secured by it’s own Illinois lock, which cannot be opened unless both the primary cart lock and the drawer lock are unengaged. This highly mobile cart moves along on 5" ball-bearing premium rubber casters and the plastic replaceable top has integrated push handles for quick maneuverability. Other features of this lightweight medication cart for nursing homes include a pull-out shelf, protective corner bumpers, adjustable row dividers in every large punch card drawer and full extension drawer slides on every drawer.
