Highly visible yellow casing is used to easily detect stem coverings to protect workers from accidentally injuring themselves and potential exposure to infection. Protects stem threading from degradation or damage. Reduces the need for frequent lubrication. Light weight, durable material can withstand damage, extreme temperatures, and various other elements. Equipped with stainless steel cable to lock shield in place without inhibiting operation of valve.
