The tap is clamping by a recirculating ball clamping mechanism. Integral quick-change device. Collets for thread tapping, similar to DIN 6499 / ISO 15488. Advantage: Quick locking/unlocking by spring mechanism. No screw clamping required on the square drive flats of the tap. Suitable for: All standard ER Collet chucks. Note: Clamps only the nominal Dia. Not compatible with the CENTRO P precision ER Collet chuck. Overall length L: 32.5 mm
