The Hot Max 50100 economy torch is perfect for burning brush with clean and efficient LP gas eliminating caustic chemicals in the environment and around sensitive plants. The 50100 is perfect for melting snow and ice, removing parking lot markings and other paint removal, thaws frozen pipes and equipment, pre-heats metals for welding or branding, melts tar and asphalt, and hundreds of other uses. Hot Max torches come with a molded handle, which are trademarked, for better control and comfort and the long handle keeps you from bending over. The Hot Max 50100 uses standard liquid propane tanks (like those used on BBQ grills) up to 100 pound tanks. The 50100 comes with a 10 feet UL/CSA Listed gas hose (rated at 350 PSI), a solid brass adjusting needle valve to control the flame, and a QCC-1 / POL safety valve (to prevent excess propane gas flow) tool-less tank connection.
