HPS Performance 2-3/4 in - 3-1/2 in ultra high temperature 4-ply aramid reinforced silicone charge air cooler (CAC) hot side hump coupler hose with 6 in length, part number CAC-275-350-HOT, is engineered to meet and exceed SAEJ20 industry standards, providing a high-performance connection between engine-mounted charge air system components. This hot side CAC 3-convolute hump coupler bellow isolates heavy engine vibration and compensates for slight axial misalignments to protect turbocharger and intercooler piping from mechanical stress and fatigue. It is built for extreme-duty industrial, automotive, and marine environments with a temperature range of -65 deg. F to 500 deg. F (260 deg. C). The 4-ply aramid reinforcement offers superior burst pressure resistance and structural integrity compared to standard polyester-reinforced hoses, making it ideal for heavy-duty trucks, buses, and power generation systems.
