HPS Performance 2-3/4 in - 3-1/2 in high temperature 4-ply polyester reinforced silicone charge air cooler (CAC) cold side hump coupler hose with 6 in length, part number CAC-275-350-COLD, is engineered to meet and exceed SAEJ20 industry standards, providing a high-performance connection between engine-mounted charge air system components. This cold side CAC 3-convolute hump coupler bellow isolates heavy engine vibration and compensates for slight axial misalignments to protect turbocharger and intercooler piping from mechanical stress and fatigue. It is built for extreme-duty industrial, automotive, and marine environments with a temperature range of -65 deg. F to 350 deg. F (177 deg. C). The 4-ply polyester reinforcement offers superior burst pressure resistance and structural integrity compared to standard polyester-reinforced hoses, making it ideal for heavy-duty trucks, buses, and power generation systems.
