Description
The E71T-1C/1M Mild Steel Flux Cored Wire on palletized 33-pound spools is engineered for industrial-scale welding of 490MPa high tensile steel. Available in wire sizes of .045'', .052'', and 1/16'', this titania-type flux cored wire supports all-position welding across a range of heavy-duty applications. Ideal for shipbuilding, offshore structures, bridge construction, machinery, and general fabrication, it provides stable arc performance and consistent weld quality. Each pallet offers flexible quantity options of 12, 24, 36, or 72 spools, catering to production-scale operations. This wire produces low fumes, minimal spatter, and clean, smooth beads, with good impact strength at low temperatures. It operates with 100% CO2 or 75% Argon / 25% CO2 shielding gas using DCEP DC+, and conforms to AWS A5.20-07 E71T-1C/1M standards.
