Description
The ER347 Stainless Steel TIG Welding Rod is designed for welding stabilized stainless steels such as AISI 347 and 321, containing 20% Cr and 10% Ni with added niobium. This rod resists intergranular corrosion, especially in high-temperature service conditions, making it suitable for use in chemical plant applications. Its stabilized chemistry (Nb + Ta: 0.68%) helps prevent carbide precipitation, enhancing weld integrity. At 36 inches in length, it provides steady arc performance and smooth feed during TIG welding. Available in 0.045in, 1/16in, and 3/32in diameters, it supports a wide range of welding tasks. The wire is compliant with AWS A5.9-07: ER347 and comes in 1 lb, 2 lb, 5 lb, and 10 lb package options.
