The ER4043 Aluminum MIG Welding Wire in a 16-pound spool is a 5% silicon alloy designed for welding heat-treatable aluminum alloys, including 6XXX series and cast aluminum. Known for producing smooth, bright welds, it provides excellent wetting action and reduced crack sensitivity. This all-position wire is well-suited for applications in transportation, automotive repair, trailers, and various aluminum fabrications. With consistent performance and low spatter, it enhances weld quality and workflow efficiency. The wire is compatible with 100% Argon shielding gas and meets AWS A5.10 ER4043 standards. Available in .030'', .035'', and 3/64'' diameters to fit a variety of welding needs.
