This 4-piece Heavy Duty Caster Set with black plastic wheels delivers strength, durability, and easy mobility for demanding applications. Offered in multiple set configurations-rigid, swivel, swivel with brake, or mixed combinations-these casters adapt to a wide range of equipment needs. Wheel sizes from 4in to 8in feature a 2in tread width and load capacities ranging from 600 lbs to 900 lbs per caster. The injection-molded polyolefin or polypropylene wheels are lightweight, impact-resistant, and non-marking, providing excellent floor protection while resisting chemicals, oils, solvents, and water. Cold-forged top plates, hardened raceways, and a double row ball bearing swivel raceway enhance strength and ensure smooth performance. All metal components are zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, while Zerk fittings allow easy lubrication and extended service life. Perfect for platform trucks, food service equipment, and large stock carts, these casters combine a lightweight design with heavy-duty capabilities.
