The INTERSTATE PNEUMATICS CA440Z-100K is an automotive coupler designed as a quick-connect hose fitting that establishes a ball-lock mechanism to establish a seal designed to reduce leakage under specified operating conditions. Constructed primarily from steel with stainless steel bearings, it is compatible with pneumatic tools and air compressors that use 1/4" FNPT connections and operate within the specified temperature range. It is manufactured to the True-Flate Automotive interchange standard and is finished in silver color.
