The 1293 safety vest is the perfect solution for those who work in low-light conditions where the risk of ignition is present. Made of 100% polyester mesh fabric with a zipper front closure, this Type R vest is treated with flame-retardant properties and tested under D6413 test methods to self-extinguish when caught on fire. The 2 in silver reflective tape and 4 in contrasting fabric wraps around the torso and arms, over the shoulders and across the back in an H-pattern for high visibility that meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3. This safety vest is ideal to protect against fire hazards and boost visibility in all but the most demanding applications – from factory workers, utility workers and maintenance workers to jogging, cycling, walking or fishing. To clean, simply handwash in warm water and mild detergent, then leave to air dry. For heavy soiling, gently spot clean with a mild soap. Do NOT machine dry. Do NOT use sanitizers or aggressive cleaning solutions such as bleach or acetone. Employing cleaning methods other than those outlined above may shrink the vest, ruin the reflective tape or dim the coloring below safe standards.
