Some of these traffic pylons come with the 3M 3840 high-intensity reflective cone collars which maximize the cones visibility at any time of the day. The 3M 3840 sheeting is designed to reflectorize the traffic cones, thus meeting the MUTCD requirement for highway utility. The 3M 3840 reflective collars have a full contact pressure-sensitive adhesive that withstands repeated abuse and impact at 50 mph.
