Hinged panel acts as gate and swings open on caster assembly and includes a lockable gate latch. Also helps to contain excess trash from blowing around property or facility. All welded 7' 6" fence panels assemble easily in standard configuration or can be arranged to fit specific building needs. 2"x 4" welded wire mesh supports wrap around fabric black cover (included) that is fitted to panel height and easily attaches to panels through sewn in grommets.
