Compact Primary and Backup Pump System

The K2 Pumps Compact primary and battery backup system is designed to protect basements from flooding during a power outage, or when extra pumping capacity is required. The 1/3 HP primary pump is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and can pump up to 4,000 GPH at 0' of lift. It has a vertical switch, lubricated ball bearings and shaft seal that will extend the life of the pump. The energy efficient PSC motor is supplied with automatic thermal overload protection. The 1/16 HP DC backup pump is constructed of corrosion-resistant thermoplastic and can pump up to 1,800 GPH at 0' of lift. The DC pump is supplied with a water cooled, high-efficiency motor for extended operation during power outages.
