CONTRACTOR SERIES 1/4 HP Harsh Duty 2-in-1 Submersible Utility and Transfer Pump

The K2 Pumps CONTRACTOR SERIES 1/4 HP Harsh Duty 2-in-1 Utility pump is an innovative new pump. The unique design allows the pump to be used as both a submersible utility pump and non-submersible transfer pump. The oil-cooled motor and PPS thermoplastic impeller provide high temperature performance and mechanical strength. This enables the pump to handle a wide variety of harsh liquids such as saltwater, seawater, soapy water, polypropylene glycol antifreeze, soluble oil machine tool coolants, and hot water up to 130Deg. Applications as a Submersible utility include: dewatering in coastal areas or salt-water marine areas, descaling, drain utility sinks, flooded basements, flat roofs, and pool covers. As a non-submersible Transfer pump it can be used to drain water heaters, boats, clogged sinks, water softeners, washing machines, utility sinks, and fill/pressurize radiant heating systems. Flow rate up to 1600 GPH as a submersible utility, and 950 GPH as a non-submersible transfer pump. Comes with a suction hose, suction strainer, 3/4 inch garden hose threaded connection and 10 foot power cord.
