Once done, allow the cake to cool slightly, release its edges from the pan, turn the cake out, remove the liner, and allow the liner to cool completely before handling or cleaning. Made from European-grade silicone with natural glass fibers and sealed edges, it distributes heat evenly, offers the same quick food release and easy cleanup as standard silicone but is even more durable, and maintains its non-stick qualities through more uses.
