This BlackbirdTM 4K Up and Down Scaler Converter can upscale or downscale an HDMI® video signal to resolutions from 720p@60Hz to 4K@60Hz. It features black/white level expansion; color transition improvement; dynamic range expansion; blue stretch; auto-detect; and auto-convert abilities. It can output an HDMI or DVITM signal; as desired.
