Low Lead Male Insulating (Dielectric) Union prevents electrolysis or galvanic action when connecting dissimilar materials. For use with water up to 210 Fahrenheit degree. Increases the life of water heaters. Threaded ends comply with ANSI (American National Sanitation Institute) B1.20.1. Solder ends comply with ANSI B16.18. Manufactured to include no more than 0.25 percent weighted average lead content on wetted surfaces.
