Webbing Housing Locking System: Our e-track strap allows controlled webbing winding to improve safety. It further features a manual-locking mechanism, which is activated after turning the round hand wheel in an anti-clockwise direction. The webbing should be in a stable position. E-Track Fittings: Our ratchet strap with rocker winder is equipped with a spring-loaded e-fitting that securely snaps into the standard E-track rail slots. It's securely reinforced at the end of the webbing while providing uninterrupted performance. It's constructed from steel material and layered with zinc plating for performance in varied environments. To increase webbing life, utilize corner protectors. Working Capacity: Our unique tie-down strap has a working load limit (WLL) of 1,500 lbs and a breaking strength of 4,500 lbs. It's recommended not to cross WLL to protect users, the loads, and the surroundings from accidents. How To Use a Rocker Winder Ratchet Tie-Down Strap? Connect the adjusted end to an E-track rail. Utilize the rocker winder to wind up access webbing. Next, use the ratchet handle to adjust the required tensioning. The releasing process is similar to other standard ratchet straps-pull the release button in the ratchet handle and fully open it (pull the strap a bit). Remove the e-track fittings. Retract webbing smoothly using the rocker winder into the webbing housing.
