It doesn't corrode like metal and continues to perform exceptionally in industrial and commercial settings. Construction Details: The material used for the construction of cribbing block is Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) composite material. It's a definition of structural and durability that doesn't splinter like wood or corrode like metal. Dimension Specifications: It's a 12in long, 7in wide, and 6in high cribbing block that works effortlessly in commercial and industrial spaces. It evenly distributes the weight of loads or machinery, protecting the ground from sinking and restricting vehicle movement. Anti-Slip Design: This square block has a grooved pattern on all sides (except where the handle is equipped). This pattern further reach different levels, depending on the equipment. High Load-Bearing Performance: The maximum load capacity of this stacking block is 45 (99,208 lbs) tons, place it under vehicles, cranes, aerial bucket trucks, borer, and similar equipment for maintenance. However, it's recommended to adhere to the limit to avoid failure that may cause deformation. It's highly recommended to use this cribbing block and ensure the workers' safety around heavy machinery. Thus, it reduces the chances of accidents and injuries. Some of the safety considerations you must follow when using this block: Position the vehicle/equipment/object onto the plastic cribbing blocks in a manner that the weight is distributed evenly. Keep the blocks to the center of gravity of the equipment/vehicle/object. Don't place different working load limits cribbing blocks on top of each other. Identify firm and solid ground conditions. Shut off the vehicle engine. Do not leave the equipment unattended. Use heavy vehicle wheel chocks to secure the vehicle.
