Follow the steps below:- Secure one end of each chain to the vehicle's anchor points-wrap the chain around the load and hook the chain end to the vehicle's designated anchor points. Place the load binder in between the two chain ends-ensure it's in an accessible position. Extend the jaws of the ratchet binder by twisting the screws around the barrel. Attach the hook to the jaw and ensure both jaw hooks are securely latched onto the chain links. Now, a ratchet mechanism can tighten the chains according to the requirements.
